How do I get a refund from Aer Lingus?
To get a refund from Aer Lingus, you need to complete the Refund Request Form available on their website. Please note that Saver, Smart, and Plus fares are non-refundable, but you can request a tax refund. If you are a travel agent, you can request tax back for your customers. A Refund Administration fee may apply. Exceptions include fully refundable fare types like Flex / Advantage / Business Flex, and disrupted flights that Aer Lingus has had to cancel. Flights within Europe have different policies for different fare types including Economy Fares Saver, Plus, Advantage, and AerSpace. Transatlantic Flights to/from USA, Canada and the Caribbean may be cancelled and refunded in full within 24 hours of booking provided the booking is made at least 7 days in advance of departure.
